Mark Mackey is the Chief Chocolatier of Ethel M Chocolates, where he is responsible for product and packaging innovation, research, and design.
Mark has over 19 years experience in the chocolate industry and holds 2 international patents for his work on improvements to the texture and shelf life of chocolate. Prior to joining Ethel M in 2015, Mark spent 10 years in Product Development for Mars Wrigley Confectionery, where he helped create over 100 new products across multiple brands.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Mark is now based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in his free time, enjoys cooking at home, attending Vegas Golden Knights hockey games, listening to live music, and playing golf.
